15 Days Left……
I am just back from dance class in Ennis tonight and I feel so much better about my dancing! At dance class on Monday, my dance teacher said I really need to work on my general fitness for the British Nationals. So yesterday, I made a playlist on my iPod of songs that would be good for a workout, and did aerobic exercises to them for an hour. Let me tell you, trying to do jumping jacks to David Guetta and Calvin Harris is a tad bit tiring! I did another hour today, and it worked, because my teacher said I was way better than what I was on Monday! My second step of my reel was a bit of a disaster tonight though, but that’s about control rather than stamina.
I feel a lot more positive than I did last night, and if I do this every day for the next two weeks, I’ll be flying around the stage no bother :) Now if only my blisters could just magically disappear………
